At present, the outdoor full-colour led display by waterproof box splicing, box size is generally about 1 square metre, too large is not convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance, too small to increase production costs and purchase costs. The indoor LED display is a unit board module splicing, also used simple box.
1. Viewing visual effect
LED display is mainly human eyes to watch, and the human eye visual distance and effect is limited. Viewing distance is far, the screen is made large, viewing distance is close, the screen is made small.
For example, indoor LED display, general viewing distance of a few metres or even dozens of metres, so the decision of the indoor screen area is not large, generally within 20 square metres. For outdoor LED display, viewing distance is farther, generally dozens of metres, so the screen area will be larger, more than 30 square metres.

2. Price cost
At present, the price of full-colour LED display, the screen body are in a few thousand yuan per square metre. Others include steel structure, accessories, control cards and so on. The larger the price budget is also higher, theoretically can be infinitely large, but the price will be a shocking figure, no one can afford it.

3.Maintenance
The larger, the more difficult to maintain and manage, once the problem occurs, maintenance and investigation is also more trouble. Manpower is also a huge test.

4. Installation location environment
This indoor limitations space limitations, needless to say. For outdoor, there is not enough open space to support the screen can be large enough.
So only from the above 4 aspects, it can be seen in real life can not be done arbitrarily large, and the current largest LED screen can reach several thousand square metres, which has been considered a limit.
